Job summary

Metropolis Technologies seeks a motivated SP+ cashier to provide a smooth parking experience. You will handle payments, issue receipts, assist customers, and keep the booth organized while ensuring security of cash and accurate shift reporting.

Vaccination policy applies; ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends, is required. Training provided, with a focus on friendly service and adherence to SP+ standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math and provide accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment from customers for parking services and manage cash flow.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor and assist customers.
• Record transactions and prepare shift reports.
• Issue receipts or tickets and provide directions to customers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
