Sky Zone seeks a Park Team Lead to help manage daily operations at our Arvada location. You will lead a team across departments, step in to support when busy, and ensure guest satisfaction with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities include delegation, assisting staff, promoting membership sales, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining park cleanliness. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a high‑volume customer service environment.
• Retail or amusement park experience is a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 20 pounds.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Providing the necessary delegation to Team Members so shifts across all departments can run smoothly.
• Providing hands‑on support to Team Members by stepping into any department when extra help is needed.
• Execute membership sales at the front desk and spot sales opportunities while walking the park or assisting in other departments.
• Help enforce park safety policies and educate staff on safety issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean environment and perform janitorial duties throughout the shift.
• Complete incident reports and assist with opening/closing park procedures.
