Job summary

Sky Zone in Aurora, CO is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to manage on-site operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage, stepping in as MOD when leadership is away to keep the park running strong.

You will rotate through departments to lead front desk, cafe, events, and facilities, while driving guest engagement and park safety. Weekend availability and a hands-on, team-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is expected.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, or recreation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Provide proactive, on-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events, etc. to maintain guest experiences and smooth shift flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
