Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for our Arvada, CO park. This hands-on, on-site role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, delivering leadership on the floor and stepping in as MOD when needed.

You will drive guest experiences, coach team members, and ensure safe, efficient operations. This is a fast-paced role ideal for growth-minded individuals ready to lead by example.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Ability to move throughout all areas of the park and lift 20 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead from the floor, coach team members, and delegate to maintain smooth park operations.
• Drive membership and program sales while promoting park offerings.
• Oversee birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness across all areas.
