Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for on-site operations in Colorado. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders are away to keep the park running smoothly.

You will coach staff, drive guest experiences, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering strong service standards and operational excellence throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and MS Office.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and move around the park.

Responsibilities

• Act as MOD when GM/OM not present and ensure safety and accountability.
• Coach team members across all departments.
• Step into programs, cafe, front desk, or events as needed.
• Drive membership and program sales through guest engagement.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and safety compliance.
• Maintain park cleanliness and operational readiness.
