Job summary

Sesame Place is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to join our team as Assistant Supervisors for Park Quality. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain a clean and safe park environment, and model a positive, high-energy attitude while upholding our commitment to quality.

As a supervisor, you will train and counsel Ambassadors, manage daily labor and scheduling, and ensure opening and closing procedures are executed smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in ambassador role or equivalent external experience.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Active listening and ability to anticipate guests' needs.
• Flexible to perform varied duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead an awesome team in delivering guest service and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Supervise, train and counsel Ambassadors; track labor, scheduling and breaks.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and areas are clean.
• Manage guest flow in attraction waiting areas and communicate professionally with guests, vendors and team.
