Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors in Guest Arrival areas.
• Track labor, daily scheduling, and break management.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests, team members, and animals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Create and maintain team rotation grid.
• Report status to Supervisors and Managers.
