Job summary

Sesame Place is seeking Ambassadors to help ensure a safe environment for guests, team members, and animals, while delivering exceptional guest service. You will train and coach Assistant Supervisors and staff, maintain park cleanliness, and assist in labor scheduling and park operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 18+, CPR/AED certification, strong communication, ability to stand long hours, and willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ required.
• At least 1 year leadership experience; 2+ years preferred.
• CPR/AED training/certification required or able to obtain.
• Willingness to train across Operations areas and earn certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable speaking to large groups.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lb, push/pull 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for guests, team members, and animals.
• Develop Assistant Supervisors and team members through training and coaching.
• Maintain park cleanliness and conduct quality inspections; follow up on improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in creating and adjusting labor schedules to optimize resources.
• Support Director and Managers on park operation projects.
• Handle conflicts to reach win-win outcomes within guidelines.
