Job summary

Sesame Place in Philadelphia is seeking Ambassadors to lead and train teams, uphold safety standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will assist in labor scheduling, ensure policy compliance, and support park operations on projects with leadership from the Director and Managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience with labor and expense management.
• CPR/AED training/certification.
• Willing to train and certify across Operations areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable speaking to large groups.
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to stand long periods, lift 25 lbs, push/pull 50 lbs, and work at heights.
• Available for varying shifts, including days/evenings/nights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for team members, guests, and animals.
• Develop Assistant Supervisors, OJTs, and team members through training, feedback and coaching.
• Maintain cleanliness and conduct quality inspections; follow up on improvements.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, park policies, and procedures.
• Assist in creating and adjusting labor line schedules to maximize resources.
• Assist Director and Managers on projects to improve park operation.
• Handle conflicts to reach win-win solutions within guidelines and objectives.
• Ensure all team members provide exceptional guest service.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required.
