Job summary

Sky Zone in Santa Clarita is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to supervise daily park operations on the floor, across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage. You’ll act as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on site, coaching staff and ensuring guest experiences meet Sky Zone’s WOW standards.

This hands-on role requires 2 years in ops or guest-facing roles, 18+ years old, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.
Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
Proficiency with technology including POS systems and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new platforms.

Responsibilities

Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to team members.
Step into operational areas to maintain guest experiences and flow.
Deliver timely communication of issues to the Management Team.
Drive membership and program sales; promote park offerings.
Create memorable guest interactions by modeling WOW service.
