Job summary

Sky Zone in California is seeking a Team Lead for on-site operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. This hands-on, early-leadership role requires stepping in as MOD when needed and guiding a high-energy team.

You’ll develop guest experiences, drive sales, enforce safety, and mentor team members to deliver WOW service. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, with supervisory potential.
• Experience leading teams and delivering a strong guest experience.
• Comfort with POS systems and common office tools; ability to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and smooth operations.
• Coach and delegate to team members across departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk and Events to keep operations seamless.
• Communicate guest issues and safety concerns promptly to the Management Team.
• Drive front desk performance, partnerships, and upsell opportunities for park activities.
