Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for our Springfield park. This hands-on, early-leadership role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to develop real responsibility and leadership experience on a typical shift.

You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on-site, coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure safety and smooth operations across the park. Night and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is most alive.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; comfortable learning new platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Provide proactive, on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Step into any operational area as needed to maintain guest experiences and operational flow.
• Deliver timely communication of guest issues, challenges, or safety concerns to the Management Team.
