Job summary

Sky Zone in Palm Springs is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll lead from the floor, step in as Manager on Duty, and help run shifts to ensure guest delight and safe, smooth operations.

You are 18+, with 2 years of progressive operations or guest-facing experience and some supervisory background. You’ll coach teammates, drive membership and event sales, manage schedules, and uphold safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and MS Office; comfortable learning new platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others.
• Willingness to move throughout the park and interact with guests and team members in a loud environment; ability to lift 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the tone for the team; coach across departments.
• Step into various operational areas to maintain guest experiences and smooth park flow.
• Deliver timely communication of guest issues, operational challenges, or safety concerns to Management.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed accurately.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Oversee execution of parties, events, and corporate outings; manage scheduling and staffing for events.
• Manage inventory and ordering for cafe items; ensure health and safety standards.
