Sky Zone is seeking a Park Team Lead to guide the park operations and frontline teams. You will delegate tasks, support staff across departments, and help drive membership sales while ensuring safety and a clean, enjoyable environment for guests.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation starts at $16.50 per hour, with the potential to grow with responsibilities and park needs.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months of work experience in high-volume customer service.
• Retail sales or amusement park/entertainment experience a plus.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams and POS systems.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, coachable and organized.

Responsabilités

• Provide delegation to ensure shifts across all departments run smoothly.
• Provide hands-on support in departments as needed (cafe, birthday parties, front desk).
• Execute membership sales at front desk and identify opportunities while in the park.
• Enforce park safety policies and educate staff when needed.
• Maintain a clean environment and perform janitorial duties during shifts.
• Complete incident reports from shifts.
• Assist with opening or closing park procedures.
• Ensure all daily shift duties are completed before leaving.
