Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Park Team Lead to help run daily operations, coach team members and deliver memorable guest experiences at our high-energy park. You will jump in during busy periods and keep the park running smoothly by coordinating shifts and providing timely updates to management.

Compensation starts at $18.00/hr and will reflect qualifications and experience. Candidates should be 18+, reliable, with 6 months of high-volume customer service, and availability nights, weekends, and

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative through previous roles.
• Minimum 6 months of high-volume customer service experience.
• Retail or amusement park experience is a plus.
• Able to stand long hours and lift 20 pounds.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership across departments.
• Delegate shifts to ensure smooth operation.
• Support team members in café, parties, front desk.
• Sales: execute membership sales and spot opportunities.
• Enforce safety policies and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete incident reports.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Complete day’s shift duties.
