Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Cafe/F&B, stepping in as MOD when needed to keep the park running smoothly.

This on-site role requires at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, prior supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; compensation ranges from $14 to $16/hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with POS systems and office tools is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present and ensure safety, service, and accountability.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across all departments to maintain guest flow.
• Step into any operational area to ensure seamless guest experiences and park readiness.
• Drive membership and program sales while modeling Sky Zone's WOW service standards.
