Job summary

Kids Empire in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and uphold safety and guest service standards. You will partner with the Park Manager to implement procedures and ensure a fun, safe experience for families and children.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, running check-in and billing at the front desk, maintaining snack inventory, enforcing park rules, and coordinating family events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Audit schedules and obtain approvals from Park Manager.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Process check-in, sign waivers, collect guest information on iPad.
• Handle front desk billing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Organize snacks and beverages inventory and vendor orders.
• Monitor floor for hazards and enforce rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Coordinate and support family events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
