Job summary

Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will handle guest inquiries, manage safety procedures, and assist with training and event coordination to maintain a fun and secure environment for families and children.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills, including comfort with iPad-based check-ins and POS transactions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend and holiday work required.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations and guest relations.
• Supervise staff and ensure production goals are met.
• Assist Park Manager with training and auditing.
• Foster positive team environment and resolve guest issues.
• Manage check-in, liability waivers, and guest information on iPad.
• Handle front desk transactions and POS billing accurately.
• Monitor safety and enforce park rules.
• Coordinate family events and assist events to run smoothly.
