Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will supervise staff, train and audit processes, and address guest questions or complaints on-site.

The role emphasizes leading a positive team, maintaining high service standards, and coordinating park events while ensuring safety protocols are followed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with children and customer service.
• Ability to operate an iPad.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.
• Ability to work independently.
• Read and write in English.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable in the park ambiance.
• Supervise staff and ensure they meet production and service goals.
• Assist the Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Schedule management and approvals with the Park Manager.
• Open/close the park with proper access methods.
• Report guest or staff issues to the Park Manager.
• Manage check-in, liability waivers, and guest info via IPAD.
• Handle front counter cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Coordinate snack inventory and vendor replenishment.
• Monitort safety, enforce rules, and address hazards.
