Job summary

Kids Empire Missouri LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and uphold safety and customer service standards. You will manage guest interactions, handle check-in, and coordinate events to create a fun, safe environment for families and children.

You will work with the Park Manager on training and audits, maintain inventory and cash handling, and ensure compliance with park rules during peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Demonstrates leadership and guest-service focus.
• Able to operate an iPad and manage guest information.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a positive park experience.
• Supervise staff to meet production goals and uphold standards.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and audits.
• Foster a collaborative work environment among staff.
• Open/close park and handle access controls.
• Manage check-in, liability waivers, and guest information on iPad.
• Handle cash, card transactions, and POS accuracy.
• Monitor safety and enforce park rules.
• Coordinate snack inventory and vendor orders.
• Plan family events and assist in event operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
