Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a General Manager in Mauldin, SC to oversee daily park operations, safety, and guest experiences across attractions and the cafe. You will lead by example, train leaders, and drive membership sales and events to meet financial goals.

You will manage staff, coach performance, and ensure KPI achievement while maintaining Sky Zone standards and a positive community presence. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, guest-centric environment.
• 2 years of sales experience; membership sales preferred.
• Proven ability to use P&L data to drive revenue goals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and POS systems.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations under district guidance.
• Lead and develop General Managers and team leads.
• Foster a positive park culture and strong guest service.
• Hire, train, monitor growth, and manage discipline as needed.
• Coordinate cross-department communication with the corporate team.
• Drive revenue through membership sales, parties, and events.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and park compliance.
