Job summary

Sky Zone in Florence, SC is seeking a Team Lead for on-site, part-time operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to drive guest satisfaction and smooth shift execution.

You will coach team members, manage openings and closings, and act as MOD when leadership is unavailable. Experience in fast-paced guest-facing roles and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Drive guest interactions and upsell park offerings while maintaining WOW service standards.
• Oversee front desk, Parties & Events, and Café operations to ensure smooth shift delivery.
• Lead by example, coach team members, and maintain park cleanliness and safety.
