Job summary

Sky Zone Boynton Beach is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily park operations, safety, cleanliness, and guest experiences across parties, café, and attractions. You will lead by example, communicate clear expectations, and uphold Sky Zone standards.

You’ll drive membership sales and park revenue while developing leaders, managing KPI performance, and partnering with marketing to create engaging promotions in a high-energy family entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of overall management experience in a high-volume customer environment.
• At least 2 years of sales experience; membership sales preferred.
• Ability to leverage P&L reports to set and manage revenue goals.
• Demonstrated experience hitting or exceeding KPIs.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, and POS systems.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Results-driven, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on leader and role model able to support the team by executing any park position as needed.
• Develop Assistant General Managers and Team Leads to become excellent people leaders, operation experts, and business savvy.
• Create a positive park culture by recognizing accomplishments and motivating team members.
• Own and oversee all phases of employment including hiring, training, monitoring growth and progress; discipline and termination as necessary.
• Be an effective park liaison through consistent communication across all departments and the corporate team.
• Provide memorable moments for customers by being proactive, responsive, and engaged in their experience.
• Resolve customer service issues and complete follow up and documentation.
