Job summary

Sky Zone Augusta is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily park operations, guest experience, safety, and revenue generation across birthday parties, the café, and attractions.

You will lead by example, communicate clear expectations, and foster a positive, high-performance team culture while ensuring park safety and cleanliness. This role reports to the District Manager and requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of overall management experience in a high-volume customer-focused setting.
• At least 2 years in sales with membership sales preferred.
• Ability to leverage P&L reports to set and manage revenue goals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and POS systems.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a positive work environment across the park team.
• Develop and coach Assistant General Managers and Team Leads in people leadership and operations.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance, and disciplinary processes; manage staffing levels.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and strong front desk sales and party operations.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and park events to drive revenue.
