Job summary

Sky Zone Raleigh is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily park operations, safety, revenue, and guest experiences across parties, café, and attractions. You will lead by example, set clear expectations, and foster a positive team environment.

This role requires 3+ years of senior management in high-volume settings, 2+ years sales, and comfort with POS systems; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay with benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of overall management experience in a high customer volume industry.
• At least 2 years of sales experience; membership sales preferred.
• Ability to leverage P&L reports to set and manage revenue goals.
• Demonstrated experience hitting or exceeding KPIs.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, and POS systems.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Results-driven, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on leader and role model, supporting the team by executing any park position as needed.
• Develop AGM and Team Leads to become strong people leaders, operation experts, and business savvy.
• Create a positive park culture by recognizing accomplishments and motivating the team.
• Own all phases of employment including hiring, training, monitoring growth, and disciplinary actions.
• Communicate across departments and with the corporate team.
• Provide memorable guest experiences by being proactive, responsive, and engaged with park guests.
• Handle customer service issues with listening, discussion, resolution, and follow-up.
