Kids Empire US LLC in Des Moines is seeking a Park Manager to supervise staff, greet guests, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for families. You will handle scheduling, hiring, training, daily operations, and guest relations to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the park, managing POS transactions, coordinating events and vendor orders, and ensuring clean, safe facilities while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children
• Operate an iPad
• Strong communication skills and customer service
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming park ambiance.
• Supervise park staff and monitor performance to meet production goals.
• Create and audit weekly schedules; manage attendance and time clocks.
• Hire qualified employees and document personnel actions.
• Conduct evaluations and park assessments; train team members.
• Open/close park operations; manage check-in, liability waivers, and guest data.
• Manage billing at the front counter and ensure accurate POS transactions.
• Coordinate birthday parties, vendor orders, and equipment/stock
• Ensure safety protocols, facility cleanliness, and hazard prevention.
• Maintain inventory and communicate with corporate teams and vendors.
