Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Park Team Lead in South Fort Myers, FL to join our Operations team. This full-time, on-site role drives guest experience, membership sales, and park safety while stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t present.

You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth shift flow with WOW service. Requires 18+ and 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles; evenings, weekends, and holidays are

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across departments to deliver WOW service.
• Lead operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and smooth shift flow.
