Job summary

Sky Zone Fort Myers is seeking a Team Lead to drive operational excellence across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will act as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t on-site, coach teammates, and maintain guest experiences with a hands-on, high-energy approach.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and MS Office/Teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office/Teams; quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across departments.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain guest experiences and flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting offerings.
• Oversee parties, events, cafe items, and facilities; ensure safety and cleanliness.
