Job summary

Sky Zone in Florida is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to join our Operations team at The Forum. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage to ensure a smooth guest experience and strong daily performance.

You’ll step in as MOD when needed, coach team members, and help drive membership sales while maintaining safety and facilities standards. This is a full-time, onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present.
• Lead on-floor operations across Sales, Parties, and Food & Beverage.
• Drive guest experience and memberships through proactive sales and service.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to park procedures.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain smooth shift transitions.
