Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC is seeking a part-time Team Lead in Woodbridge, VA to help run daily park operations. You will lead from the floor, assist withGuest experiences, and cover as MOD when leaders are away. This hands-on role develops leadership in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Expect to balance guest service, event support, and safety in a dynamic trampoline park, with opportunities to grow into higher levels of responsibility within the Operations department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, or recreation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when on-site leaders are absent.
• Lead by example, coach team members, and delegate tasks.
• Oversee sales, guest interactions, and park operations across areas.
• Ensure safety policies, cleanliness, and smooth shift transitions.
