Job summary

Sky Zone is looking for a Part-time Team Lead to operate on-site in Connecticut. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, acting as Manager on Duty when managers are unavailable and ensuring a smooth shift.

You will coach staff, maintain safety, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, a background in retail or guest-facing roles, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
• Lead guest interactions to deliver Sky Zone’s WOW service standards and promote park offerings.
• Oversee execution of parties, events, and cafe operations to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ensure opening, closing, and shift procedures are completed accurately and that the park remains clean and safe.
