Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities at the Potomac Mills park. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth shift operation.

Ideal candidates are dependable, with 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, and the ability to coach a team in a high-energy environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Basic tech proficiency with POS and Office tools; quick to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
• Lead from the floor, coach team members, and maintain guest-focused service.
• Rotate through Sales, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities as needed.
• Drive member sales and upsell opportunities while delivering WOW service.
• Oversee parties, events, and park cleanliness; manage opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in inventory, cafe items, and facilities upkeep to keep the park safe and bright.
