Job summary

CircusTrix is seeking a Sky Zone Team Lead to energize operations and guest experiences at our Deerfield park. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when needed and coaching team members for consistent WOW service.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll drive guest engagement, assist with memberships, ensure safety compliance, and manage day-to-day park operations. This entry-level leadership track offers growth into higher roles.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & Beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is busiest.
• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others.

• Drive membership and program sales while modeling WOW service standards.
