Job summary

Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and address guest and employee questions in a busy family park. You will create weekly schedules, audit timekeeping, hirequalified staff, and resolve terminations with discretion.

You will oversee front-desk operations, POS transactions, and vendor coordination while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the park.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills
• Leadership skills and strong conflict resolution skills
• Work independently
• Read and write in the English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable.
• Perform job duties satisfactorily and achieve production goals.
• Create weekly schedules.
• Audit schedules, attendance, and timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Handle, manage, and document terminations and resignations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on key duties.
• Open/close the park with keys or codes.
• Communicate guest or employee issues.
• Manage check-in with liability waivers via IPAD.
• Operate front cash counter and POS transactions.
• Organize the snack/fridge inventory and stock.
• Manage birthday party bookings and setups.
• Coordinate third-party vendor supplies and requests.
• Work with corporate teams through proper channels.
• Check snack inventory and reorder.
• Walk floor to ensure safety and compliance.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events.
• Walk with suppliers and audits.
• Time and attendance setup.
• National Amazon account audits for KE parks.
• Assist operations chats.
• Other duties as assigned.
