Kids Empire Missouri LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction. You will train and audit staff, manage check-ins via iPad, handle front desk transactions, and coordinate snack inventory while enforcing park rules.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the park, resolving guest issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills, plus conflict resolution.
• Leadership skills and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to make effective decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
• Demonstrating safety and emergency preparedness.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.

Responsabilités

• Attend guests promptly, greet and settle them in.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster positive, collaborative park staff environment.
• Audit schedules; obtain Park Manager approval.
• Open/close park using keys or code.
• Communicate guest or staff issues to Park Manager.
• Process check-ins via iPad and collect guest info.
• Handle front desk transactions accurately at the POS.
• Organize snacks, drinks, and inventory replenishments.
• Walk floor to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
• Maintain and sanitize restrooms and park structures.
• Coordinate family events and assist event operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
