Job summary

Kids Empire US LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of safety and guest service.

This role opens and closes the park, handles check-in and POS transactions, manages snack inventory, coordinates family events, and resolves guest concerns to ensure a fun, safe experience for children and families.

Strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend and holiday work

• Operate an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and make them feel comfortable.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals.
• Assist the Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among park staff.
• Audit schedules and obtain approvals from the Park Manager.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Handle check-in by collecting liability waivers and guest information on an iPad.
• Process front desk cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain snack inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Walk the floor to ensure safety and rule compliance.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events.
