Job summary

Kids Empire in North Ridge, GA is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, enjoyable guest experiences. You will handle check-in, cash handling, vendor coordination, training, and incident resolution, while maintaining high customer service standards and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet and assist to ensure a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Supervise employees to meet production and service goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment among staff.
• Open/close park; manage access with keys or code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to Park Manager.
• Manage check-in and liability waivers via iPad, collect guest information.
• Operate front desk cash counter and process payments.
• Verify billing through the POS system.
• Maintain snack and beverage inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Walk floors to ensure safety and compliance with park rules.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events; assist in event operations.
