Kids Empire US LLC in Maryland is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, fun guest experience.

You will train and audit staff, manage check-in and billing at the front desk, coordinate family events, and address guest questions while maintaining high service standards. This on-site role demands leadership, strong communication, and comfort around children in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and make them feel welcome.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive work environment among staff.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approval when needed.
• Open/close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Handle check-in using iPad and collect guest information.
• Manage front desk cash handling and POS transactions.
• Ensure accurate billing and cash register accuracy.
• Organize and stock snacks, drinks, and ice cream.
• Monitor inventory and reorder from vendors.
• Walk the floor to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events and assist with operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
