Job summary

Kids Empire Maryland LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and maintain high guest service standards. You will resolve guest questions, train staff, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing the check-in process, leading front-counter operations, and coordinating events with the Park Manager. English proficiency and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Supervise staff to meet daily targets and park standards.
• Assist Park Manager with training and audits.
• Coordinate with Park Manager on scheduling and approvals.
• Manage check-in and liability waiver process via IPad and ensure accurate guest data.
• Oversee front counter transactions and cash handling.
• Monitor guest safety and enforce park rules and guidelines.
• Assist in family events and other duties as assigned.
