Kids Empire in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, fun guest experience. You will manage guest interactions, resolve complaints, and coordinate opening/closing procedures.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and decisiveness in a fast-paced environment. You will handle check-in with iPads, cash handling at the front desk, and collaboration with the Park Manager to deliver memorable family

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and improve services.
• Commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.

• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Attending to guests quickly and making them feel welcome in the park.
• Supervises employees to ensure performance and production goals.
• Assist the Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment among staff.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approval.
• Open and close the park using keys or code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Manage check-in using an IPAD and collect guest information.
• Handle front desk cash and daily transactions with accuracy.
• Verify billing transactions on the POS.
• Organize inventory for snacks and beverages.
• Monitor for safety hazards and enforce attendance rules.
• Maintain clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Coordinate family events and assist events operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
