The role involves front-desk duties, inventory management, safety compliance, and coordinating family events. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and ensure they feel welcome in the park environment.
• Supervise employees to ensure duties are performed satisfactorily and goals are met.
• Assist the Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment among park staff.
• Audit schedules and seek approvals from the Park Manager.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Handle check-in process and collect guest information via iPad.
• Manage front desk cash, process payments by cash or card, and give exact change when needed.
• Verify billing amounts at the POS and process transactions.
• Stock and stock shelves with drinks, snacks, and ice cream.
• Check snack inventory and reorder as needed.
• Walk the floor to enforce safety and park rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures and furniture.
• Schedule and coordinate family events and assist events operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
