Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and supervise staff. You will train and audit team members, manage check-in, and handle front desk transactions with accuracy.

The role requires interacting with families and children and maintaining safety standards. The position involves opening/closing the park, coordinating events, and keeping inventories stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and make them comfortable.
• Supervise staff to meet production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training and auditing.
• Foster a positive work environment among staff.
• Audit schedules and obtain approvals from Park Manager.
• Open and close the park using keys/code.
• Communicate guest/employee issues to Park Manager.
• Manage guest check-in and liability waivers via IPad.
• Handle front counter cash and daily transactions accurately.
• Verify billing amounts on POS.
• Organize snacks and beverages inventory and restock as needed.
• Walk the floor to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Coordinate and support family events.
