Job summary

Sky Zone in Flint, MI is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to manage daily operations across Sales, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage. You will act as MOD when leaders are away, coach a diverse team, and ensure guest experiences meet Sky Zone’s WOW standards.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness, with a focus on membership growth and event coordination in a fast-paced indoor entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth operations.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching and coordinating team members across departments.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to maintain guest flow.
• Deliver timely communication of guest issues and safety concerns to the Management Team.
• Lead guest interactions to promote Sky Zone offerings and drive membership sales.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed and the park remains clean and safe.
