Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC in Flint, MI is seeking a Team Lead to manage daily operations onsite, rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, and act as MOD when leaders are away. You will drive guest engagement, oversee safety, and coach team members to deliver WOW service.

The role requires at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles and prior supervisory experience. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present and coach team.
• Drive guest experience and promote park offerings to boost memberships.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Lead in rotational leadership development across multiple areas.
• Oversee execution of birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings.
• Manage cafe inventory, health standards, and equipment maintenance.
