Job summary

Sky Zone in Ballwin, MO is hiring a Team Lead to guide daily park operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You lead from the floor, step in as MOD when leadership isn’t present, and ensure guest experiences run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You’ll coach a high-energy team, drive membership and program sales, manage shift flow, and coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, or entertainment preferred.
• Comfortable with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Lead on-floor coaching and delegate tasks across departments.
• Oversee operations in Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events as needed.
• Drive membership and program sales while delivering WOW service.
• Ensure safety policies and shift procedures are followed.
• Rotate to cover needs for Parties, Events, and Facilities when needed.
