Job summary

Sky Zone in Commerce Township, MI is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to oversee operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. The role includes stepping in as MOD and driving a strong guest experience while mentoring team members.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and common office tools. This is a full-time onsite position with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, entertainment or recreation is a plus.
• Able to move through all park areas and coach a team on shift.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Coach, support, and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Lead front desk, parties, cafe, events, and facilities as needed.
• Ensure guest issues and safety concerns are communicated to management.
