Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Team Lead to supervise on the floor, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed and rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will guide the front-line team to deliver great guest experiences and maintain safety and operational standards.

Success comes from hands-on leadership, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Background in retail sales, F&B, or entertainment preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead as Manager on Duty (MOD) when on-site.
• Coach and support team across departments.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities.
• Maintain guest experiences and smooth operations during shifts.
• Ensure safety policies and incident reporting are followed.
