Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide daily operations on the floor, rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities.

You’ll stand in as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t on site and set the tone for guest experiences, safety, and park cleanliness.

This full-time onsite role in Operations reports to the General Manager, offering opportunities to develop leadership skills while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic MS Office/Teams; comfortable with new tech.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not on site and ensure safety and service standards.
• Coach and delegate to team members across departments for smooth operations.
• Lead across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities as needed.
• Drive guest engagement and promote park offerings to increase memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety compliance, and timely shift procedures.
• Oversee events: birthdays, group events, and corporate outings with scheduling and upsell opportunities.
• Support facilities and cafe operations, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
