Job summary

Sky Zone in New Jersey (Allendale) is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to drive day-to-day operations onsite. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t present.

You lead from the floor, coach teammates, and ensure safe, high-energy guest experiences. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when on-site leaders are absent.
• Lead and coach team across departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee party events, cafe, front desk, and events.
• Ensure safety compliance and park cleanliness.
• Communicate guest or safety issues to management.
