Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for our Operations department. This full-time onsite role leads floor operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t on site.

You will coach frontline teammates, drive guest satisfaction, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support park operations with ownership and a hands-on approach. The compensation starts at $16.00 per hour with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and accountability.
• Provide on-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across departments.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain guest experiences and flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the park during shifts.
• Lead sub-teams for Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities to elevate guest experience.
